Enable Developer Mode:

User Settings -> Advanced -> Developer Mode

Right-click a user or role -> Copy ID.
Paste this in modal for role: <@&ID>For user: <@ID>

Inserting Server Emojis

Type \ and select a server emoji. The emoji will convert to something like <:name:1012345678901234567>. Use this in the modal.
